Exactly 100 days after leaving Barcelona, Ryan Breymaier (
breymaiersailing.com) and his sailing partner Boris Herrmann have successfully sailed around the world, finishing a remarkable 5th out of 14 original competitors in the Barcelona World Race
We met Ryan the day before he left and interviewed him (
vimeo.com/18399216), and have been following his progress ever since. With the help of his wife Nicola, also a member of the Neutrogena team, who Ryan and Boris were representing, I was there at the end to see them both back - a little skinnier, a little fairer, but nevertheless overjoyed to have successfully navigated the race.
